Five years on from first being elected, Police and Crime Commissioner Philip Wilkinson reflects on a period of significant change for policing across Wiltshire and Swindon.
From recruiting Chief Constable Catherine Roper and overseeing Wiltshire Police's exit from special measures, to investing in support for victims and strengthening partnerships that help keep communities safe, the last five years have brought challenge, progress and transformation.
