Two teenage boys have been arrested following a number of burglaries across Devizes and Shrewton.

A 15-year-old has been charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of attempted burglary, as well as possession of a bladed article in a public place.

He has appeared at Salisbury Magistrates Court and been remanded to a secure unit until his next appearance at Swindon Youth Court on November 22.

A 17-year-old boy was also arrested on suspicion of one count of burglary and two counts of attempted burglary but has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
