We are appealing for witnesses following an assault in Eldene, Swindon.

A woman suffered injuries to her neck and chest following an assault by a man in the Stubsmead area on July 10 between 4.15pm and 5.30pm.

We believe a man tried to intervene and would like to speak to him.

A man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of common assault and has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
