We are appealing for your help to identify this man in connection with theft on Ocotal Way, Swindon. At 3.26pm on April 3 a bike was stolen from outside Tesco. The bike has been recovered but we would like to speak to the man in the picture as we believe he may be able to help us with our enquiries. Double lock it Lock the lot (Lock the frame and both wheels to a secure cycle stand.) Secure your bike as close to the stand as possible to give any thieves little or no room to manoeuvre. Take parts that are easy to remove with you, such as wheels, lights, baskets or the saddle.
